Dr. Irene Cop has specialized in a functional approach to treatment, which includes medical and traditional acupuncture, as well as soft tissue therapy, such as Active Release Techniques (ART).  She is the clinic director of the Performance Care Centre, which is dedicated to enabling individuals to achieve their optimum in life, sports, or performance. 

In addition to her private clinical practice, Dr. Irene Cop has almost fifteen years’ experience in stress management coaching.  As a Stress & Wellness Consultant through the internationally respected Canadian Institute for Stress and the Hans Selye Foundation, Dr. Cop shares scientifically proven methods with her clients to put them back in control of their lives.

In addition to her private and corporate clients, she also works with athletes, artists, performers and other health care professionals interested in maximizing their personal and professional potential.
